How To: Submitting a Support Request for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online

The following step by step instructions with screen shots show how to submit a support request for Microsoft CRM Online.

 

  1. Open a web browser and go to Microsoft Dynamics CustomerSource:

http://www.microsoft.com/dynamics/customersource.mspx

 

  1. Click on the “Log In to CustomerSource” link:

 

 

  1. Sign in to Microsoft Dynamics with your Microsoft CRM Online Email Address and Password, click the “Sign in” button to continue

 

 

  1. Click on the Support link on the left side and select “New Support Request” to submit a new support request:

 

 

  1. Click on the “Dynamics CRM Online” category to continue:

 

 

  1. Complete the New Support Request, a Microsoft CRM Support Engineer will follow-up with you.  For a speedy resolution, be sure to include all the steps to reproduce the issue and submit screen shots if possible.
