Frank Lee is a Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM consultant based in San Francisco, USA. Frank was awarded the Microsoft MVP Business Solutions (Dynamics 365 / CRM) for 12 consecutive years, with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM implementations since the Microsoft CRM v1.0 beta (2002).

Frank is super passionate about helping luxury branded businesses leverage their investment in Microsoft Dynamics 365 / AI / CRM / Power Apps to better serve their customers and maintain “Top of Mind“.

Frank was the Founder and Principal Consultant at Workopia, Inc. – a Microsoft Dynamics CRM certified partner that pioneered the 100% remote sales, implementation and service delivery of Dynamics CRM to hundreds of small and medium size businesses (SMB) nationwide. Frank has served as a Business Development Advisor for Microsoft Dynamics CRM at Avanade, Inc. Frank started his CRM journey as a technology consultant at Andersen Consulting’s (now Accenture) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Siebel Solution practice.

Frank is currently focusing his brain cells on Microsoft Dynamics 365 + AI + CRM + Power Apps specifically tailored for the Napa Valley luxury winery market.
